Terms of Use

Last updated: August 2026

1. Who We Are and What These Terms Cover

CubTrack is a baby and toddler tracking app and website operated by OakFox Limited, a company registered in England (Companies House number 17118912). These terms apply when you use the CubTrack mobile app, the cubtrack.co.uk website, and any content we publish on them. By creating an account or using the app or website, you agree to these terms.

Our privacy policy explains how we handle your personal data and forms part of these terms.

2. CubTrack Is Not Medical Advice

This is the most important section, so it comes first. CubTrack — including the app, its predictions and reminders, and every guide or article on our blog — provides general information only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for the judgement of a qualified health professional who knows your child.

  • Always follow the advice of your GP, midwife, health visitor, or other qualified clinician, and current NHS guidance.
  • Never delay seeking medical advice, or disregard it, because of something you read in CubTrack.
  • If you think your child needs urgent medical attention, call 999 or go to A&E. For urgent advice, call NHS 111.
  • Feed predictions, wake-window suggestions, and similar features are pattern-based estimates from your own logged data. They are aids to convenience, not clinical tools.

3. Your Account

You must be at least 18 to create a CubTrack account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Please tell us promptly at support@oakfox.co.uk if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Free Tier and CubTrack Pro

CubTrack's core tracking features are free. CubTrack Pro is an optional subscription that unlocks additional features (such as unlimited carers and children, full history and trends, weaning and allergen tracking, milk stash management, growth charts, and PDF export).

  • Pro subscriptions are purchased through, and billed by, the Apple App Store or Google Play — not by us directly. The store's own payment terms apply alongside these terms.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Your statutory rights as a UK consumer are not affected.
  • We may change Pro pricing or what's included in each tier. If a change affects an active subscription, you'll be notified through the store or the app before it takes effect.

5. Family Sharing

When you invite a partner, grandparent, or carer to your family group, they can see and add to your shared timeline, including information about your children. Only invite people you trust with that information. You control membership and can remove members at any time; you are responsible for the invitations you send.

6. Your Content

The entries and photos you add to CubTrack are yours. You grant us the limited licence we need to store, process, sync, and display that content to you and your invited family members in order to provide the service — nothing more. We do not use your content for advertising and we do not sell it. Deleting your account permanently deletes your content, as described in the privacy policy.

You agree not to upload content that is unlawful or that you don't have the right to share.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app or website — including attempting to gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems, interfering with the service's operation, scraping other users' data, or using the service to break the law. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

8. Our Content and Intellectual Property

The CubTrack app, website, name, logo, and the content we publish (including blog guides) belong to OakFox Limited or our licensors. You're welcome to link to and quote our guides with attribution; you may not copy the app or republish substantial parts of our content commercially without permission.

9. Service Availability

We work hard to keep CubTrack reliable, but we provide the service "as is" and can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change, or withdraw features over time. If we ever discontinue the service, we will give you reasonable notice so you can export your data.

10. Our Responsibility to You

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under the law of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when you started using the service, losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, or business losses (the service is provided for personal, family use). Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose.

11. Ending These Terms

You can stop using CubTrack and delete your account at any time from within the app (or see our account deletion page). We may suspend or terminate accounts that seriously or repeatedly breach these terms; where reasonable, we'll warn you first.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time — for example, when we add features or the law changes. When we make significant changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the app or by email. Continuing to use CubTrack after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute — although if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
