How to delete your account

1. Open the CubTrack app on your device.
2. Go to Settings (tap the menu icon on the home screen, then select Settings).
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete my account".
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

What data is deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

• ✕Your account profile (email address, display name)
• ✕All child profiles you created (names, dates of birth, photos)
• ✕All tracking entries (feeds, sleep, nappies, meals, temperature, medication, growth, milestones, custom entries)
• ✕All photos uploaded to the gallery
• ✕Expressed milk stash records
• ✕Your user preferences and notification settings
• ✕Your membership in any families

What is retained

• •If other family members remain in a shared family, the family itself and their own data are not affected by your account deletion.
• •Active subscriptions managed through Google Play are not automatically cancelled. You should cancel your subscription in the Google Play Store before deleting your account to avoid further charges.

Retention period

All data is deleted immediately upon confirmation. There is no additional retention period. Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
