Help & Support

Everything you need to get the most out of CubTrack. Tap any section below for step-by-step guidance.

๐ŸงญGetting around+
  1. The tabs along the bottom are Today, Feed, Sleep, Nappies and More, all within reach of your thumb.
  2. Today shows what's next (the next feed and next nap) and what just happened, with one-tap buttons to log.
  3. Tap your baby's name at the top to switch child or edit their details. Settings is the cog in the top corner.
  4. CubTrack remembers which child you were looking at.
๐ŸผTracking feeds+
  1. On Today, tap the Feed tile, or use the Breastfeed and Bottle buttons at the bottom of the Feed tab.
  2. Breastfeeding: tap Left or Right to start the timer. Tap the other side to switch. The last side you used is marked, so you know where to start.
  3. The timer keeps going if your phone locks or you leave the app, and your partner can see a feed in progress on their phone.
  4. Bottles remember your usual amount and milk type. Use the โˆ’ and + buttons to adjust, or tap "Same again" to log it in one tap.
  5. CubTrack predicts when the next feed is likely, based on your baby's recent feeds, and shows it at the top of Today and the Feed tab.
๐Ÿ˜ดSleep and nap tracking+
  1. Tap Start sleep (on the Sleep tab, or the Sleep tile on Today). CubTrack works out whether it's a nap or night sleep from the time, and you can change it.
  2. Tap Wake when your baby wakes. Got the time wrong? Tap Adjust time in the message that appears.
  3. The next nap window (for example 14:20โ€“14:50) is based on your baby's age, or on your last 7 days once you've logged a few sleeps. Tap Why? to see how it was worked out.
  4. Skipped a nap? Tap Skip nap and the prediction moves to bedtime.
  5. Night wakings can be logged with Woke briefly without ending the night's sleep.
๐ŸงทNappy changes+
  1. Tap Wet, Dirty or Both on the Nappies tab (or the Nappy tile on Today). It saves straight away, with Undo if you tap the wrong one.
  2. Tap More details to add a time, notes (for example colour or consistency) or a photo.
  3. Potty training? Turn on potty tracking in your child's details to log wees, poos and accidents.
๐Ÿฅ‘Meals and weaning+
  1. Log meals and snacks from the Feed tab, under Meals and snacks.
  2. Record what was offered, how it went, and any allergens in the meal.
  3. Foods tried (in More, CubTrack Plus) lets you tick off each food your baby has tried.
๐ŸŒก๏ธTemperature+
  1. Tap Temperature on Today or in More, then Add temperature.
  2. Choose Celsius or Fahrenheit in Settings, under Display and units.
  3. For a high temperature, CubTrack points you to NHS 111 and the NHS advice page. In an emergency, call 999.
๐Ÿ’ŠMedicine+
  1. Tap Medicine on Today or in More, and add a medicine with its dose.
  2. Optionally add the hours between doses and the maximum doses in 24 hours. Copy these from the packet or your pharmacist's instructions.
  3. Each medicine shows when it was last given and by whom, how many doses in the last 24 hours, and when the next dose is allowed.
  4. If someone logs a dose too soon, CubTrack asks before saving it, so two carers don't give a double dose.
  5. Turn on a reminder in the medicine's settings. It moves whenever anyone in the family logs a dose.
๐Ÿ“Growth tracking+
  1. Go to More, then Growth, and log weight and length (or height).
  2. Logging measurements is free. With CubTrack Plus, they're plotted against WHO growth standards so you can see centiles.
  3. If you're worried about your baby's growth, talk to your health visitor.
โญMilestones+
  1. Go to More, then Milestones (CubTrack Plus).
  2. Add a milestone with its date, and a photo if you like: first smile, first steps, first words.
๐Ÿ“ธPhoto gallery+
  1. Go to More, then Gallery, and add photos from your photo library.
  2. Free accounts keep up to 10 photos. CubTrack Plus gives unlimited photos.
๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘งSharing with family+
  1. On Today, tap Invite partner (or go to Settings, then Invite partner or carer).
  2. Choose Carer (can log and edit) or View only, then share the invite from your usual messaging app. The code works for 7 days.
  3. They install CubTrack, create an account, then tap "Got a code from your partner? Join their family" and enter the code.
  4. You both see the same timeline in real time, with a note of who logged each entry.
  5. Sharing with one partner is free. Grandparents and other carers need CubTrack Plus. Manage roles in Settings, then Family members.
๐Ÿ‘ถSwitching between children+
  1. Tap your child's name at the top of the screen to switch (more than one child needs CubTrack Plus).
  2. Everything updates to the child you pick, and CubTrack remembers your choice.
  3. Each child has their own tracking settings, so you only see what's relevant.
๐Ÿ“„Exporting reports+
  1. Go to More, then Export a report (free).
  2. Choose a date range and what to include, including growth.
  3. Share the PDF straight to your health visitor, GP or paediatrician, or print it.
๐Ÿ””Notifications+
  1. Go to Settings, then Notifications, and turn them on for this phone.
  2. Choose what you'd like: medicine reminders, the daily summary, and (with CubTrack Plus) smart next-feed and next-nap reminders.
  3. Next-nap and next-feed reminders use your baby's own pattern to nudge you at the right time.
๐Ÿ› ๏ธCustom trackers+
  1. In your child's details, add up to 5 custom trackers (CubTrack Plus).
  2. Use them for anything: vitamin D drops, tummy time, teething, whatever matters to your family.
  3. Log them from More.
